The ultrasonic sensor LRS510-10-51-LI2UPN8-H1141 from Turck Banner is designed for level control, with a measuring range of up to 10 meters and a 35 cm blind zone.
Thanks to its 1 mm resolution and a radar cone angle of ±5°, it offers precise measurement of distance, level, volume, or percentage. The sensor is certified according to ETSI 305550-2 and FCC/CFR 47 Part 15 standards, ensuring international compliance.
It operates with an operating voltage of 18…33 VDC and offers outputs switchable between PNP/NPN, as well as an analog output selectable between 4…20 mA or 0…10 V with automatic current/voltage detection.
The device includes IO-Link communication and a 4-digit, 2-color, 14-segment display for easy data visualization.
The sensor has an M12 × 1, 4-pin male connector and a G3/4″ process connection, with a pressure resistance of -1…16 bar rel.
The housing can be rotated 180° after mounting for flexible and simple installation.
