100012831 | LI800P0-Q25LM0-IOLX3-H1141 | Linear Transducers | Turck Banner
The inductive linear sensor LI800P0-Q25LM0-IOLX3-H1141 from Turck Banner precisely detects position along an 800 mm stroke, thanks to the inductive measurement principle based on RLC coupling. Its repeatability is guaranteed with an accuracy of ≤ 0.02 % of full scale and a linearity deviation of ≤ 0.035 %, even in the presence of shocks or vibrations.
Designed for industrial applications, it integrates an IO-Link interface (spec. V1.1, COM 3 at 230.4 kBaud) and an M12 × 1 4-pin connector. Measurement values are transmitted in 32-bit format at a sampling frequency of 5000 Hz. The sensor is immune to electromagnetic interference and inherently hysteresis-free due to its design. Status indication is provided by a multifunction LED (green/yellow/flashing yellow), which displays real-time positioning.
