The Distance/Object Detection radar sensor DR15S-M30E-2UPN8X2-H1141 from Turck Banner is designed to precisely detect objects and measure distances in industrial environments.
With a 35 cm blind zone and a detection range of up to 15 meters, it offers a high resolution of 1 mm, ensuring accurate measurements. The sensor uses a radar cone with an angle of ±7.5°, ideal for precision detection applications.
Certified according to ETSI 305550-2 and FCC/CFR 47 Part 15 standards, it ensures international regulatory compliance.
The design features a stainless steel M30 cylindrical housing, and it has a 4-pin M12 × 1 male connector for connection.
It operates with an operating voltage of 18…33 VDC, or 10…33 VDC in SIO mode. The sensor offers a switchable PNP/NPN output and supports IO-Link communication, making it extremely versatile for integration into automation systems.
