The PK012R-P14-2UP8X-V1141 from Turck Banner is a compact relative pressure sensor, specifically designed for applications with non-aggressive gases or compressed air, even in the presence of vacuum. It operates within a pressure range of 0 to 12 bar, with an admissible overpressure of up to 15 bar.
It utilizes a silicon measuring cell, ensuring a rapid response (<2.8 ms) and good accuracy (±2% FS). It features two configurable PNP switching outputs (NO/NC) and supports IO-Link communication, making it suitable for flexible and digitized automation solutions.
The sensor body and display are fully rotatable, facilitating mounting in any orientation. The highly visible 3-digit display allows for immediate reading of the measured value. The device is resistant to vibrations and shocks and is protected by an IP65 enclosure.
Programmable functions include switching and release points, hysteresis, on/off delays, unit selection, and diagnostic mode. The electrical connection is made via an M8 connector, and the process connection is available with 1/8″ or 1/4″ NPT threading.
