The SPP F series features metric and inch threaded inserts, allowing for the accommodation of quick-connect pneumatic inserts or M8/M12 panel connectors directly on the grommet. In addition to the flexibility of cable and pneumatic hose exits, a plug-in system option is available.
To ensure fluid-tightness and strain relief for all splittable frames (cable entry strips) as well as splittable cable glands, cable supports, also known as cable grommets, are used.
The system patented by Detas allows for the installation of the cable support (cable grommet) in two ways: snap-in or slide-in. In both cases, the double guide at the base of the grommet is utilized, providing stability and holding force to the cable support (grommet) even with the cable or cables mounted inside it.
The elastomeric material used for production ensures ideal elasticity. They are available in gray and black, both of which are self-extinguishing according to UL94 V0.
