The AMS 307i 40 laser positioning system Leuze is used in applications where position data of moving plant components, such as in high-bay warehouses, must be detected quickly and reliably.
The unique selection of interfaces makes this AMS 300i laser positioning sensor a true global player. In some cases, measurement data can even be output in parallel on two interfaces, for example, to simultaneously perform diagnostics, status checks, parameterization, or control. Distances up to 300 m can be calculated with extreme precision and in ms intervals thanks to the use of the latest signal processors. Thanks to the numerous integrated device functions, these devices are also able to detect and display critical situations. Numerous diagnostic functions also allow for early warning of impending failures.
Integrated connectivity: all renowned fieldbuses are directly integrated into the device, parameterization within and via the control device, automatic transmission to the new device in case of replacement, all parameters are automatically transmitted to the new device via the fieldbus (thanks to the storage of parameter data in the configuration tools), numerous selectable functions are available that can be optimally adapted to your application, constant monitoring of relevant parameters such as laser, temperature, reception level, position window, or speed. In this way, the system can send a message before a failure, thus enabling preventive checks and maintenance.
