The MLD510-R1 single-beam safety light barrier receiver by Leuze is a compact and reliable solution for protecting danger points and access points in industrial environments. With two protected semiconductor outputs, a maximum current of 380 mA, and a response time of 25 ms, it guarantees high performance even in confined spaces, thanks to its cubic design and M12 connection.
Designed for operating conditions from -30 to +55 °C, the MLD510-R1 integrates easily into machine concepts even in the presence of mounting constraints or irregular surfaces. Used together with the MSI-TRM monitoring module, it forms a type 4 protection system compliant with applications up to Performance Level e according to the IEC 61496-1 standard.
This single-beam safety barrier, with a maximum range of up to 70 m, is also available in variants with red or infrared light to reduce potential mutual interference, making it ideal for complex and dynamic industrial environments.
