The BCS S04K501-PSCFNG-S04G-T51 capacitive sensor by Balluff is designed for the reliable detection of conductive fluids, featuring advanced foam and buildup compensation. Thanks to the Teach-in capability based on the substance to be detected, it ensures high adaptability to various applications. With a stable measuring range, a PNP normally open contact output, and a programmable IO-Link interface, it offers maximum integration flexibility in automation systems.

The robust housing and active surface in stainless steel (1.4404) and PEEK guarantee mechanical resistance, reliability, and long service life, with IP68/IP69K protection and safe operation up to 16 bar of pressure and monitored substance temperatures up to 105 °C. Ideal for harsh industrial environments, it combines precision, robustness, and ease of configuration.
