Optoelectronic distance sensors such as the BOD 37M-LB01-S92 from Balluff support you in positioning, material flow control, or fill level monitoring, as well as in many other applications. In the automotive industry, industrial and logistics automation, or the steel industry, you can achieve significant productivity increases everywhere through reliable distance measurement while specifically avoiding errors. For this purpose, different measurement ranges are available, partially adjustable from 20 mm to 20 m, along with variants with and without background suppression.

Our sensors, based on the triangulation principle or Time-of-Flight (TOF) technology, are contactless and therefore wear-free, utilizing red light or lasers. They are housed in durable plastic or metal enclosures and feature current and voltage outputs, as well as serial digital or IO-Link interfaces. Our optoelectronic distance sensors are available with IP65/67 and IP69K protection ratings, making them suitable even for harsh environments.
