Our BSP flush-diaphragm pressure sensors are particularly suitable for pressure measurement in viscous, pasty, crystallizing, or solidifying substances. For example, with adhesives, greases, sealants, or rapidly changing fluids. Thanks to their stainless steel diaphragm flush-welded at the front, they have no dead spaces and can be cleaned very thoroughly. They are convenient to use with an easy-to-read display and selectable outputs (analog, digital, IO-Link). This compact and robust transducer features a 4–20 mA analog output, a pressure range of –1 to 600 bar, a high-quality G1/2″ or 1 ½” Tri-Clamp stainless steel process connection, IP67 or IP69k protection, an expanded temperature range (fluid temperature –40 to +125 °C), UL certification, a 3.1 material test certificate (EN10204), and custom modifications upon request.
