The cMT-SVR-202 from Weintek is based on the established HMI MT-SVR platform, designed to revolutionize the concept of the industrial operator panel. Thanks to its client/server architecture, the device allows for the dematerialization of the traditional HMI panel: the control logic resides within the unit, while the user interface can be displayed anywhere.
With the cMT-SVR solution, any Windows PC, tablet, or smartphone (Android or iOS) can be transformed into the operator panel for a machine or system. cMT-SVR devices act as system servers and are programmed with EB Pro, like other Weintek panels, to manage the project and communication with PLCs. Clients can be the dedicated cMT-IV6 panels or any device with the free cMT-Viewer app installed.
Each client can connect to up to 50 servers in Monitor Mode, with dynamic preview of project pages, while each server supports up to 10 simultaneous clients with asynchronous access, allowing parallel operations without interference. The decentralized HMI architecture, based on a client/server system, enables flexible and distributed management of the operator interface.
The solution also offers automatic project upload to clients, the Token function for exclusive operation control, and support for OPC-UA and the EasyAccess remote assistance service, making the cMT-SVR-202 an ideal choice for modern and connected industrial applications.
