The CMT-2078X belongs to the cMT-X series, Weintek‘s most advanced range of HMI panels, designed to offer high performance and maximum integration in industrial automation systems.
These devices provide comprehensive machine and plant management, including Industry 4.0 functions (in cMT-3000X models) and Codesys logic programming with support for cMT-iR series remote I/O.
The cMT-3000X family includes six models with displays ranging from 7” to 15.6”, all equipped with high-performance quad-core CPUs, ample Flash memory, and RAM, ideal for complex applications.
The multicore architecture separates HMI and PLC tasks, improving system speed and stability.
Some models offer high-resolution IPS displays and resistive or capacitive touch screens, depending on the version.
The cMT-2008X series, on the other hand, represents the cost-effective alternative: it maintains the same powerful CPU but without Industry 4.0 functions such as OPC-UA, databases, and web functions.
