The CSS 014 (code: 01411.2-01) is a smart IO-Link climate sensor from Stego designed for continuous monitoring of environmental conditions within electrical cabinets, machinery, and industrial plants. The device detects air temperature and humidity and transmits data in digital format via an IO-Link interface, allowing integration into industrial control and supervision systems.
With a temperature measurement range between -40 °C and +80 °C and relative humidity monitoring from 0 to 100 % RH, the sensor provides useful information for equipment protection and control of operating conditions. In addition to measurement values, it provides diagnostic data, events, and device information, supporting monitoring and preventive maintenance activities.
Its compact design in UL94 V-0 plastic, connection via a 4-pin M12 connector, and mounting options on a DIN rail or via screw fastening facilitate installation in various application contexts. Integrated protection against reverse polarity, short circuit, and overvoltage helps ensure operational reliability in industrial systems.
