EE741 | Flow Sensors | E+E
The EE741 flow sensor and inline flow transmitter by E+E can be easily adapted for any type of application for monitoring compressed air and technical gases in pipes from DN15 to DN50.
The thermal measuring principle and the proven E+E hot-film sensing element allow for high long-term stability and a fast response time.
Exceptional accuracy even at very low flow rates is achieved thanks to a specific multi-point calibration at 7 bar (102 psi); this enables reliable leak detection, resulting in energy savings. The construction of the EE741 is optimized for simplified installation and maintenance.
Modular Design
The modular design allows the same transmitter to be used for each of the three pipe diameters. The EE741 model is suitable for DN15 (1/2″), DN20 (3/4″), and DN25 (1″), while the EE741-N50 model is compatible with DN32 (1-1/4″), DN40 (1-1/2″), and DN50 (2″).
Diameter configuration can be performed with extreme simplicity using the display with its buttons or via the EE-PCS software.
Once the mounting block is installed, the transmitter can be installed and removed without any work on the piping. Thanks to this feature, the EE741 is ideal for temporary measurements and even for mobile use. The plug included in the package allows the system to be used even with the transmitter removed.
Display (optional)
The LCD display shows real-time values and total consumption. Device configuration can be performed with extreme simplicity using the front buttons and an intuitive menu. The display can be rotated in 90° steps for optimal viewing regardless of the mounting position.
Typical Applications
Typical applications include compressed air consumption monitoring, flow measurement of technical gases such as O₂, N₂, Ar, and CO₂ (with other gases available on request), use in nitrogen generators, and leak detection.
