The Senpum LA2-ZB Series includes CMOS laser sensors with background suppression, designed for non-contact object detection in industrial automation applications.

The integrated digital display shows the real-time distance between the sensor and the target and allows direct device configuration via buttons.

Background suppression technology allows distinguishing the target from its surroundings and enables detection even with color variations.

The range offers detection distances from 25 up to 1000 mm, depending on the model, and uses a 650 nm red laser.

Senpum indicates applications such as object detection regardless of angle or color, and cap presence control on transparent containers.

Available with NPN or PNP output, LA2-ZB sensors are powered by 12–30 V DC and feature an IP67 protection rating.

The zinc alloy housing and standard or connector versions allow integration into different machine and plant configurations.
