MT-M | Micrometric contact presence sensors | Senpum
The Senpum MT-M Series includes precision plunger-type contact sensors designed for accurate detection and positioning of components in industrial automation applications.
The compact structure and contact detection system allow for precise verification of reaching a specific position, with a repeatability of ±0.001 mm.
The range is available with M6, M8, and M10 threads and different operating strokes, up to 3 mm depending on the model, allowing you to choose the most suitable configuration for your installation needs.
The various versions provide an operating force between 0.25 N and 1 N and are available with NPN output configurations and LED indicators depending on the model.
With a body made of SUS303, a protection rating equivalent to IP67 and an operating temperature range between -20 °C and +65 °C, MT-M sensors are designed for integration into industrial machines and equipment.
Applications indicated by Senpum include worktable origin positioning and origin positioning in welding operations, where precise and repeatable position control is required.
