MT1 | Micrometric contact presence sensors | Senpum
The MT1 Series by Senpum includes digital contact displacement sensors designed for high-precision dimensional measurements in automation and quality control processes.
The system utilizes an absolute measurement method and enables applications such as height control, shaft diameter measurement, and flatness verification.
The range includes measuring heads with fields from 5 to 50 mm, depending on the model, and resolutions up to 0.1 μm. Pencil and box configurations are available, with different geometries and actuation systems, to adapt to various measurement and installation conditions.
The sensor heads also feature an IP67 protection rating.
The system can be configured with a main module and up to 14 expansion modules, allowing for the coordinated management of multiple measurement points.
The digital controller allows for the display and processing of parameters such as maximum and minimum values, average, deviation from reference, thickness, and deformation; communication units for EtherCAT, PROFINET, Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, and RS-232C/RS-485 are also available.
