The SK-Z300 Series is an ultra-compact static elimination nozzle by Senpum, designed to neutralize electrostatic charges through the emission of ionized air.

Its small footprint facilitates integration into production processes and applications where installation space is limited.

The series is available in SK-Z300 and SK-Z300C models and integrates dedicated functions for device control and maintenance.

The discharge needle is removable for easy cleaning; when removed, a safety device automatically cuts off the high-voltage output.

The system also features a high-voltage stop alarm and LED indicators that detect and signal abnormal conditions related to the discharge needles.

With a power supply of 24 V DC, an output voltage of approximately 2,500 V AC and an operating pressure between 0.05 and 0.6 MPa, the SK-Z300 Series can be used for applications such as eliminating static charges on electronic components, incoming materials, and resin containers.

The PBT body, stainless steel outer sleeve, and tungsten discharge needle complete a structure developed for use in industrial processes.
