The TBEN-LL-8IOLA Ethernet I/O module from Turck Banner is a compact, multiprotocol solution designed to manage eight IO-Link Master channels and sixteen universal PNP digital channels with per-channel diagnostics. Compatible with PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP protocols, the module integrates an Ethernet switch and supports speeds of 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps. Its advanced features include PROFINET S2 system redundancy and 4-pin D-coded M12 connectors for Ethernet fieldbus connection. The module is built with a robust, fiberglass-reinforced housing and tested to withstand shocks and vibrations, with IP65, IP67, and IP69K protection ratings. It also features 5-pin L-coded M12 connectors for power supply and galvanically isolated voltage groups for passive safety. Designed for operation in harsh environments, it is certified for use in ATEX Zones 2/22. The module also supports IO-Link 1.1 protocol with Class A master ports, ensuring high configuration and monitoring flexibility thanks to ARGEE programming.
