TS-D | Temperature Sensors / Pyrometer | Senpum |
The Senpum TS-D Series includes infrared temperature sensors designed for non-contact temperature measurement in industrial applications.
The range allows for monitoring surfaces and components without direct contact, making it suitable, according to Senpum’s specified applications, for temperature control in rubber extrusion processes, on aluminum surfaces, and for monitoring abnormal heating in moving components.
The series covers measurement ranges from 0°C up to 1600°C, depending on the model, with different wavelengths to adapt to the characteristics of the material being detected.
Available versions offer a temperature resolution of 0.1°C and, in Ultra models, a response time of up to 5 ms.
Optical configurations with different resolutions and focusing lenses are also available to adapt the measurement area to the application.
TS-D sensors feature a stainless steel body, IP65 protection, and a 12–24 V DC power supply.
Depending on the model, 0–5 V or 4–20 mA analog output, RS-485 digital communication, and additional output signals are available, facilitating integration into industrial temperature control and monitoring systems.
